Services

Innerlux provides competitor analysis reports, Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor profile work, simple websites and related services for businesses. The scope and price of each service are shown on this website or agreed with you in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) before work starts.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling. Innerlux is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
• Payment can be made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by bank transfer.
• Monthly services are paid in advance each month. Longer plans (3, 6 or 12 months) are paid in advance for the whole period.
• Discount codes apply only to one-off services unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

• Monthly services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next payment; the current month is not refunded.
• One-off services: full refund if you cancel before work starts. Once work has started, we will refund any part not yet delivered.
• If you are not satisfied with a delivered piece of work, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Add Innerlux as a manager on your profiles where needed. We never ask for your passwords.
• Approve changes before they are published. Nothing is published without your approval.

What we do not promise

Search rankings, review numbers and sales depend on Google, customers and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, reviews or revenue. We never write fake reviews or offer incentives for reviews.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
